We're Loretta & David Allseitz, Texas-based authors with a deep love for crime fiction, psychological thrillers, and the kind of small-town mysteries that simmer just beneath the surface. After years of scribbling ideas in notebooks, swapping plot twists over coffee with my husband David (a truck driver with more road stories than I can count), and dreaming up characters who feel as real as neighbors, I finally took the leap and published my debut novel: Teardrops of Lake Tawakoni. It’s a suspenseful dive into a lakeside town haunted by addiction, vigilante justice, and a carved symbol that won’t stop showing up on the bodies.
